I’m a fully qualified clinical hypnotherapist in London. I studied at the CPHT, considered the gold standard in hypnotherapy training. CPHT practices something called solution-focused techniques. It’s based on the work of David Newton who is considered one of the best hypnotherapists in the UK. He’s also one of the most successful and experienced practitioners in the country.
I am a member of the National Council For Hypnotherapy (NCH) and The Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (AfSFH). I also regularly take part in ongoing development to keep on top of best practices in the field of hypnosis.
