Instead we focus on the present and your future goals, encouraging you to make significant positive changes in your life. It can be extremely effective in the treatment of anxiety disorders, reducing stress, low mood and the effects of depression, as well as many other issues. My aim is to help you feel more calm, confident and to move forward in your life. The sessions are divided between positive psychotherapy and hypnosis. Hypnosis is a natural process, that involves gentle relaxation. It is often compared to daydreaming or meditating. You are not asleep and have complete control at all times, feeling calm and relaxed. The therapy recognises that each client is unique and is therefore specific to individual needs. Each session will involve a positive, solution focused, relaxing experience for you and you will leave feel refreshed and calmer. You can also be assured of complete confidentiality.
