Due to the COVID-19 regulations all my appointments are currently being completed electronically. Online support is equally as effective as face-to-face meetings and may even be beneficial for you, the client, as there is no travel time required. I am not offering face-to-face meetings until the COVID-19 issue has been resolved.
At HypnoPower I use hypnotherapy, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and self-hypnosis to help you find the solutions you want.
I am aware that we are all different so I will work with you to develop an approach that suits you.
Hypnotherapy is natural and safe, you are always aware of what is going on. You remain in complete control during the entire session and will not do anything you do not think is acceptable.
It can help with a wide range of issues.
Perhaps you have anxiety, a fear of flying, a phobia or a work-related concern (interview, presentation, blushing).
I provide a free 30-minute consultation which allows new clients to discuss the matter they wish to address and get an understanding if they feel they can work with me.
