Hypnotherapy is great for a number of issues, however, it can take a number of sessions to deal with such problem(s) effectively, and the results may not be always permanent. I have trained with Terence Watts at the Essex Institute of Clinical Hypnotherapy who devised a new programme of treatment which is quick, safe and yet effective. This programme is called BrainWorking Recursive Therapy (BWRT) which is relatively new to Guildford and surrounding areas.
