My background in NHS mental health nursing eqips me to offer understanding and rapport in a wide variety of circumstances and with many mental issues and disorders. All treatments will include some CBT, NLP and/or hypnotherapy but in every case you will be able to discuss with me in advance which type of approach you want. My basic philosophy is to help you move swiftly from your problem to the solution using positive goals. You will be able to share and offload your concerns, then move on to achieve the things you want instead. I was also a workplace rep in the NHS so can fully appreciate the stresses and challenges of job and family demands that lead to anxiety and depression.
