I offer group and individual Hypnobirthing classes for Hitchin and Central Bedfordshire. I teach The Wise Hippo Birthing Programme which is a wonderful full antenatal programme with hypnobirthing at its heart. Guiding you towards a calmer and gentler way of birthing your baby through guided relaxation, visualisation and breathing exercises and empowerment through education about your birth choices. The course consists of 10 hours teaching, split over 4 weekly sessions.

Group classes take place in Central Hitchin and Bedfordshire. If you would like me to meet with you on an individual basis, please get in touch.
