Hypnotherapy always fascinated me and during a career break when my children were small, I undertook my training after seeing first- hand how hypnotherapy had helped a close family member.

After qualifying in 2006 I began my practice at the beautiful, peaceful location of Barham Court (Maidstone) I now divide my time between this idyllic office and my office at the historic and world-renowned Number 1, Harley Street

Initially, I take a simple approach with every client; ‘where are you now? Where do you want to be?’ Understanding what you aim to achieve is paramount to the success of the therapy. To understand how you want to feel, want to think and how you want to act - I take great pride in helping you get there
