My name is Vicki and I am a fully qualified Hypnotherapist and NLP Practitioner based in Leeds city centre and also at The Tower Clinic in Cookridge, West Yorkshire. Using a combination of hypnosis, NLP and therapy, I offer a calm and confidential space to help you make the changes that you need to move forwards in your life and be the person you want to be.

I have worked in private practice for nearly ten years now and during that time, I've helped many people with a wide variety of issues from stopping unwanted habits such as smoking or nail biting, to overcoming life changing problems such as phobias, low self esteem and anxiety. Although some of the issues that people experience often appear to be similar, everyone is different and each journey to overcoming the problem is unique too. As a therapist, I find my work very rewarding, particularly when just a few sessions can make such a big difference to a person's life.

As an experienced therapist, I am an Accredited Member and approved Supervisor for The National Hypnotherapy Society and provide supervision for both newly qualified and experienced Hypnotherapists. I also sit on the Professional Development and Supervision Committee for both The National Hypnotherapy Society and The National Counselling Society.

My focus is on enabling you to get to where you want to be, whether that's free from fear, anxiety or a habit. Or perhaps you want to stop smoking, lose weight or feel more confident.
