Many people who have problems KNOW what to do,, but can't seem to be able to do it. Most of my clients suffer from panic attacks, or can't stop eating or thinking about food, etc.. Many have fears and phobias, or suffer from IBS or PTSD, or have relationship problems.
Many of these clients have been abused, or don't feel loved properly by parents, or have been in difficult relationships in the past. They often feel that a parent didn't love them or treat them properly. There are a lot of very unhappy people out there!
We are all affected by memories. They stay with us. If, for example, a child felt unloved by a parent, he or she will try to work out out why. Often, the only answer is that they're not good enough! This (mistaken) knowledge is taken into adault life, so you still don't feel "good enough". I help people to re-assess these formative memories and finally DEAL with them.
Unlike many hypnotherapists, I take a very logical, practical and scientific approach to my work. I don't believe in "past lives" nor do I try to connect with spirits, etc. To my mind, this is all nonsense.
